From the simple export business of low cost raw material and low skill labor into the nowadays oversea huge projects and investment with more techniques even high technologies, China has been understood and accepted by the world and has been attracting the world, and vice versa, more and more, step by step. This tendency is believed and predicted to be continued and promoted in the new era.

Great achievement and foreseeable future enrages and forces us to catch-up and improve with more diligence and our sense of duty calls us to be actively harmonic to the new stage, not to shrink back in vain but to take it as chance to success. SOPEC is the result of the time as the finder for the solution and source for the customers in the field of the electric power, whenever and wherever in need. Bridging and gap-shortening is strongly required between the customer and the source, due to facts of visible and especially invisible difference in culture and habits, standard and practice.
